Aide to former President, Goodluck Jonathan, have hit back on Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for saying "looters" are behind the agitations and calls for restructuring in Nigeria.
The outspoken critic made his point known by reminding the EFCC Chairman of other notable Nigerians who asked for restructuring.
Making the post on his Facebook page, he said,"How can Ibrahim Magu say "looters" are funding the agitation for restructuring when restructuring will make it hard to loot? Is the Senate right about Magu? Is this man only fit to be a DPO? Professor Ben Nwabueze, Alhaji Balarabe Musa, Col. Abubakar Dangiwa Umar and Chief Ayo Adebanjo have been calling for restructuring for decades. Are they 'looters'? I actually respected Magu until he said this. Now, I am beginning to see what the Senate saw in him!
