Former Kano state Governor, Rabiu Kwankwaso, have reportedly returned to People's Democratic Party (PDP), a party he used in coming to power before switching to the ruling All Progressives Party (APC) during the 2015 Elections.
Rabiu Kwankwaso, who is presently a Senator, defected with 10 Kano State lawmakers.
His defection may not be unconnected with his ordeals in the APC.
Kwankwaso has been at loggerheads with his successor, Umar Ganduje.
In March last year, the leadership of the APC in Kano chapter had initiated moves to suspend him over what it termed anti-party activities.
