An underage boy have been caught allegedly defining a 6-year-old girl in an uncompleted building.
Twitter user, @lao_2, claimed the boy was caught becuase the "very strong" girl was screaming and he would have been beaten to death but for her intervention. He has since been taken to the police station and the little girl taken to the hospital.
