Nigerian singer, Dammy Krane, who was arrested last Friday for theft, credit card and identity fraud in Miami, have used his twitter account to claim he wasn't arrested, despite evidence to the contrary.
Either someone is tweeting with his account or he somehow got access to his account to make tweets, no one can tell.
