Juventus have signed Patrik Schick from Sampdoria for €25 million, according to the club.
The 21-year-old signed for the Bianconeri, who signed after arriving in Turin to have his medical on Thursday, scored 11 goals in 32 Serie A games in his single season with Sampdoria, having joined from Sparta Prague for €4m last year.
Although the Czech Republic international was contracted to Sampdoria until 2020, he had long been the subject of interest from Juve and Inter, while Tottenham had been linked too.
