Reports out of France claim that French champions, Paris Saint-Germain, are eyeing an outrageous move for current World Best footballer, and Real Madrid's forward, Cristiano Ronaldo.
According to reports from Diario AS, PSG have alredy made contact with the player's agent and his club.
PSG's owner Nasser Al-Khelaifi is dreaming of a trident formed by Neymar, Kylian Mbappe and Ronaldo. He would offer the Portuguese forward a salary in line with Lionel Messi's most recent renewal: 45 million euros a season.
However, the operation won't be easy, with Real Madrid's Chief, Florentino Perez, who is open to reducing Ronaldo's buyout clause of €1 billion and letting him go, wants PSG's star striker, Neymar, in exchange.
In addition, a signing of this stature could further complicate the French club's relationship with UEFA's Financial Fair Play Rules. In any case, Al Khelaifi will not give up easily on his determination to sign Cristiano.
