#NigeriaDecides INEC extends voting time in areas that started late, as Buhari insists he will win after voting

Voting time have been extended by the nation's electoral umpire, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in areas that the exercise was delayed as a result of the late arrival of electoral materials and related challenges.

Making this known in a press briefing, INEC Commissioner for Voter Education Mr. Festus Okoye, explained that the exercise started hours behind schedule, even though it should have started at 8am prompt.

Also, President Muhammadu Buhari have insisted that he will win the Presidential election been held today all across the country. After casting his ballot, he insisted that he will congratulate himself when he was asked if he will congratulate the winner of the polls if he lost.

He voted alongside his wife, and Nigeria's First Lady, Aisha Buhari, in his hometown Daura.
