US Presidential Election 2020: Biden WINS first town on Election Day

A former Vice President, and the Democratic Party's Presidential candidate, Joe Biden, have won all the votes in the tiny town of Dixville Notch, in the state of New Hampshire, in this year's US presidential election.

The town, which is one of the first places in the country to vote, gave all her five votes to the Democratic Party's candidate.

The ballots were cast in the minutes after midnight, becoming some of the first cast and counted on Election Day.

However, despite attention the town gets, it hardly predicts the winner of the poll. In 2016, Dixville Notch went for then-Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, even though then-GOP nominee Donald Trump went on to win the Electoral College.

It can be recalled that the United States votes for a President today, with President Donald Trump of the Republican Party been challenged by the Democratic Party's Joe Biden for a shot at the White House.
