A former Governor of Lagos state, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, have won the All Progressive Congress (APC) presidential primary.
It was gatherered that the party chieftain got half of total votes to beat Vice president, Professor Yemi Osibanjo, and former Transport minister, Chibuike Amaechi.
About 2,322 delegates from across the 774 local government areas of the country had stormed Eagles Square in the nation's capital, Abuja to elect the party's flag bearer.
He will now face Labour Party's Peter Obi and the main opposition party's Atiku Abubakar in next year's election.
