President Muhammadu Buhari's request to borrow $22.7 billion have been approved by Nigeria's Lower House, The House of Representatives.
The loan was approved by the House after committee on aids, loans, and debt management gave its report.
The loan, which was first sent to the National Assembly under the leadership of Senator Bukola Saraki but was rejected, was approved by lawmakers with the president stating that it would be used to finance key infrastructures in the country.
