The All Progressive Congress (APC) Presidential screening committee have revealed that they cleared only thirteen out of twenty three aspirants for the APC Presidential primary, holding on June 8.
The chairman of the committee, John Oyegun revealed this after a long week of aspirants’ screening. Though the list of cleared aspirants haven't been released.
He revealed that only aspirants who are considered to be youthful were cleared, sending the camp of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu to anger over speculation he might have been disqualified.
The former Lagos governor had warned of harsh consequences if he doesn’t clinch the ticket.
